1995
- The Company went public with an issue of 7,50,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each on 17th April.
1996
- The Company proposed to enlarge its area of financial and allied services activities in the near future.
1998
- Sony Corp India Ltd, formerly known as Soni Capital Markets Ltd, entered into computer software and hardware activities.
- Sony Corp India tied up with Pace Software Solutions.
2000
- The Company decided to issue right shares in the ratio of 2 equity shares against the holding of 3 shares to its existing shareholders at a premium of Rs 15/- per share.
- The Company approved the proposed arrangement between M/s Azmara Plc, UK and the company for implementing BPO.
2003
- Soni Infosys Board approved arrangement between Azmara Plc, UK and the Company.
2005
- Infotrek Syscom entered into MOU with SKIL Infrastructure for acquiring 1 acre of land.
- Infotrek Syscom secured export order from Zahra International, USA.
2007
- Company name has been changed from Sony Corp India Ltd to Soni Infosys Ltd and then to Infotrek Syscom Ltd.
- The company received approval for naming its proposed subsidiary Eco Recycling from the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra.
- The issue of 3 million warrants on preferential basis was made to First Online Comtrades, Knights Bridge Financial Services, Mahakosh Holding and Alomarya Technical LLC.
- The registered office of the company was shifted from 6, Rustom Building to 205, Centre Point, Andheri.
- The company drew up business plans to invest upto Rs 1,000 million in a span of three years for establishing facilities across the country.
2010
- Company has changed its name from Infotrek Syscom Ltd. to Eco Recycling Ltd.
2012
- Ms. Anita Choudhari has been appointed as Compliance Officer of the Company.
2013
- Mr. Shashank Soni has been appointed as Additional Director of the Company.
2015
- A Social Drive called 'E-waste Mukt Bharat: Swachh Bharat' was launched.
- A drive to set up 5,000 E-waste collection bins in the city schools, colleges and spiritual places was initiated.
- A Mass Nationwide Collection Drive to address growing e-waste was begun from Mumbai.
2016
- Eco Recycling Limited has joined hands with the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai to set up E-Waste Collection Centres within the jurisdiction of Mumbai Municipal Corporation.
2019
- The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 1:10.
2021
- Eco Recycling Ltd. received the Econaur Sustainability Awards 2021 award acknowledging its significant contribution to the environment in waste management.
2024
- Eco Recycling launches 'Recycling on Wheels Smart-ER' initiative.
- Eco Recycling Limited becomes first R2v3 Certified facility to join TERRA.
