ELANTAS Beck India Reports Strong Q2 Results, Appoints New Auditors for 2026-2030

ELANTAS Beck India approved unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2025. The company reported revenue from operations of Rs 216.42 crores for the quarter compared to Rs 184.00 crores in the same period last year. Net profit for the quarter stood at Rs 30.52 crores versus Rs 21.06 crores in the previous year. For the nine-month period, revenue reached Rs 625.82 crores against Rs 543.25 crores last year, with net profit of Rs 79.70 crores compared to Rs 61.58 crores. The Board appointed M/s. MSKA Associates as statutory auditors for five consecutive years from 2026 to 2030, replacing PriceWaterhouseChartered Accountants LLP whose term concludes at the upcoming 70th AGM. The company also amended its Code of Fair Disclosure and insider trading policies. The Electrical Insulations segment generated Rs 172.86 crores in quarterly revenue, while Engineering Electronic Resins and Materials contributed Rs 43.85 crores.

ELANTAS BECK delivered robust quarterly results with net profit rising to 362.5 million rupees from 310.6 million rupees year-over-year. Revenue increased to 2.16 billion rupees compared to 1.84 billion rupees in the same period last year. EBITDA grew significantly to 471.8 million rupees from 331.5 million rupees, while EBITDA margin expanded to 21.79% from 18.06% year-over-year, indicating improved operational efficiency and profitability.
