Company History

1981

  • The name of the company was changed from Gulmohar Paper Ltd. to Emami Paper Mills Ltd.

2002

  • Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) was introduced.

2004

  • The brick plant was commissioned.
  • The company won an award for environment, safety, and green belt Development.

2005

  • The capacity of Machine I at Balasore was enhanced to 50 TPD.
  • The capacity of the second machine at Balasore was increased to 85 TPD.
  • The company bagged the achievement Award as best medium-Scale Unit.

2006

2008

  • The company achieved the Excellence in consistent TPM Commitment Award.

2010

  • The company recommended a dividend of 30%.

2012
