Emmforce Autotech Reports 33% Revenue Growth in H1FY26 Results

Emmforce Autotech Limited reported robust financial performance with standalone turnover growing 33.33% and EBITDA increasing 9.69% in H1FY26. Profit After Tax rose 12.50% driven by improved capacity utilization and customer confidence. The company secured new business worth Rs. 10 crores annually from US customers and a long-term supply order of Rs. 10.50 crores per annum from a USA-based OEM for drivetrain components. Fixed assets increased 45.35% due to investments in new facilities. Consolidated total income rose 43.78% though consolidated PAT declined 16.64% primarily due to higher depreciation from new asset capitalization in the subsidiary. The subsidiary's cash loss reduced significantly by 62.70%. Production of agricultural equipment and rotavator blades has commenced, with TAFE rotavator parts in full production since July 2025. The company completed construction of a 30,000 sq. ft. plant for sub-assemblies and warehouse to meet demand from new projects.

Emmforce Autotech Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the half-year ended September 30, 2025. On a standalone basis, the company reported revenue from operations of Rs. 4,946.73 lakhs compared to Rs. 5,090.89 lakhs in the previous period. Net profit declined to Rs. 643.47 lakhs from Rs. 631.44 lakhs. Basic earnings per share stood at Rs. 3.14 compared to Rs. 3.08 in the previous period. On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations was Rs. 5,387.35 lakhs versus Rs. 5,248.63 lakhs previously, while consolidated net profit was Rs. 405.42 lakhs compared to Rs. 468.14 lakhs. The company's cash and cash equivalents decreased significantly to Rs. 27.54 lakhs from Rs. 919.69 lakhs. The Board of Directors approved these results in their meeting held on November 10, 2025. The company operates in the auto parts manufacturing business and was incorporated on October 13, 2023, getting listed on BSE SME on April 30, 2024.
