Emmforce Autotech Reports 37% Drop in Net Profit for Half-Year Ended September 2025

Emmforce Autotech Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the half-year ended September 30, 2025. On a standalone basis, the company reported revenue from operations of Rs. 4,946.73 lakhs compared to Rs. 5,090.89 lakhs in the previous period. Net profit declined to Rs. 643.47 lakhs from Rs. 631.44 lakhs. Basic earnings per share stood at Rs. 3.14 compared to Rs. 3.08 in the previous period. On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations was Rs. 5,387.35 lakhs versus Rs. 5,248.63 lakhs previously, while consolidated net profit was Rs. 405.42 lakhs compared to Rs. 468.14 lakhs. The company's cash and cash equivalents decreased significantly to Rs. 27.54 lakhs from Rs. 919.69 lakhs. The Board of Directors approved these results in their meeting held on November 10, 2025. The company operates in the auto parts manufacturing business and was incorporated on October 13, 2023, getting listed on BSE SME on April 30, 2024.
