Empower India Reports Mixed Quarterly Performance with Standalone Loss and Consolidated Profit

Empower India Limited announced its quarterly results for the period ended September 30, 2025. On a standalone basis, the company reported a loss of ₹6.28 lakhs compared to a profit of ₹118.37 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Revenue from operations increased to ₹2,455.89 lakhs from ₹2,311.30 lakhs year-over-year. However, on a consolidated basis, the company posted a profit of ₹282.69 lakhs versus ₹213.68 lakhs in the corresponding quarter of the previous year, with consolidated revenue rising to ₹3,469.69 lakhs from ₹2,871.54 lakhs. The company's board meeting was held on November 12, 2025, to approve these results along with the limited review report from chartered accountants Rishi Sekhri and Associates.
