Year	History
2010	Essar Shipping Limited was incorporated as Essar Ports & Terminals Limited on April 16, 2010. The name of the Company was changed to Essar Shipping Limited on September 7, 2010.
2012	Essar Shipping inducted its first MiniCape Vessel into its operating fleet. The Company received two contracts for land rigs, one in Brunei and one in India. Essar Shipping inducted two more MiniCape Vessels into its operating fleet.
2014	The Company appointed Mr. Hitesh Kumar Jain as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer on August 12, 2014.
