2009	Everest Kanto Cylinder completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Calcutta Compressions & Liquefaction Engineering Pvt. Ltd.
2010	Everest Kanto Cylinder received orders for the export of CNG cylinders aggregating to about USD 5 Million. Everest Kanto Cylinder established a wholly owned subsidiary in Thailand by the name of EKC Industries (Thailand) Co. Ltd.
2011	Mr. Vipin Chandok was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
2012	Everest Kanto Cylinder set up a step down wholly owned subsidiary in Germany. Mr. P. K. Khurana was appointed as Managing Director of the Company.
