Family Care Hospitals CFO Resigns, Company Recognizes ₹368 Lakh Provision for Lease Dispute

Family Care Hospitals Limited announced the resignation of Chief Financial Officer Amit Satishchand Tyagi due to personal reasons, effective October 28, 2025. The company also released its unaudited standalone financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. The company recognized a provision of ₹368 lakhs for contingent liabilities related to a long-pending lease matter concerning its Mahim Division premises. The Supreme Court dismissed the company's petition and directed compliance with a Small Causes Court order requiring payment of rent arrears amounting to ₹368 lakhs. The company also paid a penalty of ₹35.10 lakhs under protest pursuant to a SEBI order dated June 3, 2025. The financial results show a loss before tax of ₹530.24 lakhs for the half year ended September 30, 2025.
