Graviss Hospitality Limited reported a net loss of Rs 74 lakh for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, compared to a loss of Rs 476 lakh in the previous quarter. The company's revenue from operations stood at Rs 429 lakh for Q2 FY2025. For the six-month period, the company posted a loss of Rs 550 lakh versus Rs 1,260 lakh in the corresponding period last year. The Board approved these unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results on November 13, 2025. The auditors highlighted that three subsidiaries have accumulated losses exceeding their net worth, though management believes the subsidiaries will secure regular orders and explore alternative business plans. The company's hospitality business remains its only reportable segment.

Graviss Hospitality Reports Revenue Growth But Losses Widen in Q1 FY2026

Graviss Hospitality Limited reported mixed quarterly results with revenue growth but deteriorating profitability. Standalone revenue increased 12.1% to Rs 11.15 crore, while consolidated revenue grew 5.2% to Rs 11.70 crore. However, the company's financial performance weakened significantly as EBITDA turned negative at Rs 61 lakh standalone and Rs 83 lakh consolidated, compared to positive EBITDA in the previous year. Net losses widened substantially to Rs 1.76 crore standalone and Rs 2.22 crore consolidated. The company faces challenges with three subsidiaries having accumulated losses exceeding their net worth, though management expects these entities to receive regular orders and is exploring alternative business plans.
