Groarc Industries India Limited has announced its 33rd Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 10, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. through video conferencing. The meeting will address ordinary business including adoption of audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2025, and re-appointment of Sri Vijayaraj Heerachand Jain as Director. Special business includes the appointment of M/s. Ramesh Chandra Mishra and Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five consecutive financial years from 2025-26 to 2029-30.
