Groarc Industries India Limited has announced its 33rd Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 10, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. through video conferencing. The meeting will address ordinary business including adoption of audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2025, and re-appointment of Sri Vijayaraj Heerachand Jain as Director. Special business includes the appointment of M/s. Ramesh Chandra Mishra and Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five consecutive financial years from 2025-26 to 2029-30. The company reported revenue from operations of Rs. 34.78 crores for FY 2024-25 compared to Rs. 40.67 crores in the previous year, while profit after tax increased to Rs. 87.04 lakhs from Rs. 26.62 lakhs. The record date for the AGM is September 3, 2025, and the register of members will remain closed from September 4-10, 2025.
