2018	The Company was converted from a private limited company to a public limited company. The Company achieved a turnover of Rs 10,000 lakhs. The Company's name was changed to Hariom Pipe Industries Limited.
2020	The Company acquired Unit II at Anantapur.
2021	The Company received ISO 9001:2015 certification for manufacturing of MS Billets, HR Strips, MS Pipes, MS Sections, GP Pipes and Scaffoldings.
2022	The Company completed the setting up of its 15 ton electric melting furnace. The Company's initial public offer received bids for 56,67,536 shares and was subscribed 67%. The initial public offer opened for bidding on Wednesday, 30 March 2022 and closed on Tuesday, 5 April 2022.
2024	The Company Board of Directors approved the acquisition of operating assets of M/S Ultra Pipes.
