Him Teknoforge Reports Q2 Results and Decides to Exit Himforge Rings LLP Partnership

Him Teknoforge Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. The company reported revenue from operations of Rs 1,071.08 lakhs for the quarter compared to Rs 1,097.04 lakhs in the corresponding previous period. Net profit for the quarter stood at Rs 428.06 lakhs versus Rs 975.80 lakhs in the previous year quarter. For the half year, revenue was Rs 2,084.96 lakhs against Rs 2,705.66 lakhs in the previous period, with net profit of Rs 643.06 lakhs compared to Rs 1,290.67 lakhs. The Board of Directors also approved the company's exit from the Himforge Rings LLP Agreement, relinquishing rights and obligations related to capital contribution and profit/loss sharing, subject to consent from other partners. Upon amendment of the LLP Agreement, Himforge Rings LLP will cease to be a subsidiary of the company.
