Humming Bird Education Limited's Board of Directors approved the appointment of Mr. Abhinav Jain as Additional Director (Non-Executive and Independent Director) effective September 6, 2025. The company reconstituted its Audit Committee with Arihant Jain as Chairperson, Nitesh Jain and Abhinav Jain as members, and Nomination and Remuneration Committee with Abhinav Jain as Chairperson.
