Humming Bird Education Appoints New Independent Director and Reconstitutes Board Committees

Humming Bird Education Limited's Board of Directors approved the appointment of Mr. Abhinav Jain as Additional Director (Non-Executive and Independent Director) effective September 6, 2025. The company reconstituted its Audit Committee with Arihant Jain as Chairperson, Nitesh Jain and Abhinav Jain as members, and Nomination and Remuneration Committee with Abhinav Jain as Chairperson. The Board noted the resignation of Ms. Rubal Jain as Independent Director effective September 6, 2025. Other key decisions include re-appointment of Mr. Arihant Jain as Independent Director for a second term from October 25, 2025 to October 24, 2028, and re-appointment of Mr. Nitesh Jain as Managing Director, both subject to shareholder approval. The company appointed M/s. Abhay K & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for financial year 2025-26 and re-appointed M/s V C A N & Co., Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditors for five years from the 15th AGM until the 20th AGM in 2030.
