IMEC Services Reports Significant Revenue Decline in Q2 Results

IMEC Services Limited reported unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025, showing a significant reduction in revenue compared to the previous year due to completion of certain large service contracts in the prior year. The company's auditors highlighted concerns about ₹44.33 lakhs in professional fees against revenue of ₹21.54 lakhs, and ₹20.40 crores in unrealized accounts receivable from a 2023 contract with only ₹15 lakhs realized over the past nine months.

IMEC Services Reports Quarterly Loss, Revenue Drops Significantly After Contract Completion

IMEC Services Limited approved its unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, showing a net loss of Rs 55.02 lakh compared to a profit of Rs 2,450.95 lakh in the previous year. Revenue from operations fell dramatically to Rs 0.59 lakh from Rs 28.22 crore in the financial year ended March 31, 2025. The company attributed this decline to the completion of large service contracts worth Rs 24.87 crore that were executed in Q4 of the previous financial year. Basic earnings per share turned negative at Rs (2.90) compared to Rs 129.00 previously. The company scheduled its 37th Annual General Meeting for September 25, 2025, to be conducted via video conferencing, and appointed B Maksi Wala & Associates as scrutinizer for the e-voting process.
