2002

  • The Company received RBI License to carry out NBFC Activities as a Non Deposit Taking Non Systemic company.

2006

  • Current Promoter Mr. Mukesh Sharma was inducted on the Board.

2007

  • There was a change in Management.

2011

  • The name of the Company was changed to India Finsec Private Limited pursuant to a special resolution passed by the members at the EGM held on December 09.
  • A fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to change of name was issued on December 14 by the Registrar of Companies, New Delhi.
  • The Company became a Public Limited Company pursuant to a special resolution passed by the members at the EGM held on December 19.

2012

  • The Company converted into a Public Limited Company.
  • Mr. Gopal Bansal was inducted on the Board as Co-Promoter.
  • The Company issued Bonus Shares.
  • The Company posted a Net Profit before tax of Rs 125.76 lacs for the nine months period ended December 31.
  • The Company's loan book stood at Rs 2933.17 lacs.
  • A fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to conversion to a public limited company was issued by the Registrar of Companies, New Delhi on January 09.
  • A fresh certificate was issued by RBI dated March 09 consequent to change of name of the company to India Finsec Limited.

2014

  • Mr. Gopal Bansal, Managing Director of the Company, acted as the Compliance Officer of the Company.
