1992
- The company set up a plant for the manufacture of white crystal sugar with an installed capacity of 2500 TCD.
- Commercial production commenced from 1st November.
1993
- Sales amounted to Rs 37.40 crores.
- The production of sugar was 22,282 tonnes at an average recovery of 8.89%.
- The company offered 45,00,000 zero-interest secured partly convertible debentures.
1994
- Sales decreased to Rs 29.56 crores due to low capacity utilisation and market depression.
- Production amounted to 23,640 tonnes at an average recovery of 8.96%.
- The company proposed to increase the sugar plant capacity to 3,500 TCD.
- 33,21,800 equity shares of Rs 10 each were allotted to warrant holders opting for conversion.
1995
- Sales increased to Rs 39.57 crores.
- Production amounted to 36,805 tonnes in 146 crushing days.
- 12,70,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each were allotted to IFCI and ICICI.
1996
- The company produced 49,998 tonnes of sugar in 209 crushing days.
2005
- Indian Sucrose acquired Cosmos Industries Ltd, Dhuri.
- The company expanded its capacity from 3500 TCD to 5000 TCD.
2006
- Indian Sucrose entered into retail packaging of sugar with SWEETO.
- The company expanded the capacity of its sugar plant at Mukerian from 5000 TCD to 7500 TCD.
- Indian Sucrose entered into a CDM Project to earn Carbon Credits.
2007
- The company designated an E-mail ID for redressal of investor grievances.
- The company entered into the list of successfully registered CDM Projects in India and became eligible to accrue and sell carbon credits.
2010
- Mr. Kunal Singh was appointed as the Managing Director of the company.
2011
- The company appointed Mr. Manish Kumar Dixit as its Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
2013
- The company appointed Mr. Sanjay Singh as an Additional Director.
- The company appointed Mr. Ravinder Sharma as its Chief Financial Officer.
