Integra Engineering India Limited's Board approved standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. The company reported quarterly standalone revenue from operations of Rs 3,415.55 lakhs and profit after tax of Rs 346.55 lakhs. For the half year, standalone revenue reached Rs 6,723.01 lakhs with profit after tax of Rs 909.94 lakhs. The Board also reconstituted its Audit Committee with five members including Mr. Jayesh Mehta, Mrs. Komal Solomon, Mrs. Corinne Ruckstuhl, Mr. Bharat Salhotra, and Mr. Dilipsinh Jadeja. The company operates in machinery and components manufacturing, which constitutes a single reportable segment. The results were reviewed by statutory auditors and recommended by the Audit Committee.

Integra Engineering India reported quarterly net profit of 35 million rupees, down from 53 million rupees in the same period last year.
