Year	History
1992	The Company was Incorporated as a public limited company on 14th October. The Company Engaged in the business of solvent extraction and refining of oil.
1993	The Company obtained its certificate for commencement of business on 1st January. The company was engaged in the business of trading of deoiled cake. The Company proposed to set up a solvent extraction plant with a capacity for processing 100 tonnes per day of Soyabean seed or 150 tonnes per day of rapeseed/groundnut cake. The company would also set up an oil refinery plant with an installed capacity of refining 20 tonnes per day of oil at Jamnagar, Gujarat.
1995	The Company offered 32,06,959 No. of equity shares of Rs.10 each for cash at par. 8,35,859 shares were offered to the promoters, Directors, their friends and relatives. 5,69,000 shares were offered to NRIs. 4,64,000 shares were offered to Mutual Funds. 4,20,100 shares were offered to the Financial Institutions. 9,18,000 shares were offered to the public.
