1993
- The Company obtained its certificate for commencement of business on 1st January.
- The company was engaged in the business of trading of deoiled cake.
- The Company proposed to set up a solvent extraction plant with a capacity for processing 100 tonnes per day of Soyabean seed or 150 tonnes per day of rapeseed/groundnut cake.
- The company would also set up an oil refinery plant with an installed capacity of refining 20 tonnes per day of oil at Jamnagar, Gujarat.
