- The Company converted from a private limited company to a public limited company.
1992
- The Company was listed on the BSE Limited and the Delhi Stock Exchange Limited after the government disinvested 13,400 Equity Shares.

- The Company's name was changed to Ircon International Limited and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued.
