Jamshri Realty Re-appoints Rajesh Damani as Joint Managing Director for One Year

Jamshri Realty Limited shareholders approved the re-appointment of Rajesh Damani as Joint Managing Director for a one-year term effective October 1, 2025, at their 117th AGM held on September 22, 2025. Damani brings 37 years of experience across textile, engineering, IT, infrastructure, and retail industries. He is the son of Managing Director Premratan Bhairuratan Damani and brother of Non-Executive Director Rekha. The company confirmed that Damani has not been debarred by SEBI or any other authority and is not disqualified under Section 164 of the Companies Act, 2013.
