Jasch Industries Reports 16% Decline in Quarterly Profit Despite Revenue Growth

Jasch Industries Limited reported a net profit of Rs 220.78 lakh for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, compared to Rs 256.31 lakh in the previous quarter. Revenue from operations decreased to Rs 4,188.51 lakh from Rs 4,979.07 lakh in the previous quarter. The company operates in two segments: Synthetic Leather & Allied Products (P.V.C) generating Rs 2,432.54 lakh and Synthetic Leather & Allied Products (P.U) contributing Rs 1,764.70 lakh in revenue. Basic earnings per share stood at Rs 3.25 compared to Rs 3.77 in the previous quarter. Total expenses amounted to Rs 3,902.20 lakh, with cost of materials consumed being the largest component at Rs 3,034.44 lakh. The company has outstanding loans of Rs 2,528.33 lakh from banks and financial institutions with no defaults reported.
