1997
- Sunehari Svendgaard Laboratories was established as a partnership concern on August 1.
2002
- The partnership of Sunehari Svendgaard Laboratories was terminated on March 31 and it was subsequently constituted as a proprietorship concern under the control of Ms. Sushma Nanda on April 1.
2004
- JHS Svendgaard Laboratories Limited was incorporated on October 8.
- Unit III-JHE was awarded as the Top Exporter of Toothbrushes and Dental Plates from India.
2005
- The company procured a certificate of commencement of business on May 6.
- The company took over the running business of M/s Sunehari Oral Care, M/s Jai Hanuman Exports, and M/s Sunehari Svendgaard Laboratories.
- The company issued 30 lacs equity shares to the proprietors of the taken-over concerns.

2009
- JHS Svendgaard Laboratories received the Best Performing Enterprise Award 'Runner-up' at Plasticon Awards 2009 for 'Complete Range of Oral Care Products'.
2010
- JHS Svendgaard recommended payment of Final Dividend of Rs. 0.50/- per equity share of the face value of Rs. 10/- each
2011
- JHS Svendgaard entered an agreement with Amway India Enterprises Private Limited to manufacture Amway Persona Toothbrushes.
2012
- JHS Svendgaard entered into an Agreement with Colgate Palmolive (India) Limited to manufacture and supply tooth brushes on job work basis.

- JHS won a Certificate Of Excellence.

- Mr. Neeraj Kumar was appointed as the CFO of the Company.
