2012	The Company was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company under the name Kalyani Cast-Tech Private Limited.
2014	The Company received approval of RDSO as a class A foundry.
2021	The Company received a Competent Manufacturer Certificate from the Indian Register of Shipping. The Company obtained approval for the manufacture of container corner fittings in accordance with LR Rules for Materials.
