- Kingfa Science & Technology took possession of land at Chakhan Industrial Area.

- The company acquired a business in the United States of America.
- The company issued rights shares of Rs. 10 in the ratio of 18:91 at a premium of Rs. 740 per share.
2019
- The company started commercial production at its newly set-up manufacturing facility in Chakan Industrial Area, Pune.
2021
- The company commenced operation of the Greenfield - Green Fibre Project.
