Kunststoffe Industries Limited approved its unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported net profit of Rs. 44.87 lakhs compared to Rs. 44.21 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Total income increased to Rs. 324.04 lakhs from Rs. 327.54 lakhs in the previous year quarter. Net sales from operations were Rs. 305.69 lakhs versus Rs. 308.91 lakhs in the corresponding period. The company scheduled its 39th Annual General Meeting for September 25, 2025, at Hotel Ocean Inn, Nani Daman. M/s. Ritesh Sharma & Associates was appointed as scrutinizer for the AGM voting process. The Board also approved the Notice of Annual General Meeting, Directors' Report, and Management Discussion & Analysis Report for Financial Year 2024-2025.
