Sri. Vedhanth Senthilkumar's appointment as Non-executive Non-Independent Director was regularized, effective June 5, 2025. He holds a B.Eng from University of Warwick and has experience with TVS Group, Tata Motors, and LMW Limited. Sri. Arjun Balu was re-appointed as Independent Director for a second five-year term beginning May 25, 2026.
