LGB Forge Limited's Board of Directors approved standalone unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. The company reported revenue from operations of Rs. 2,603.42 lakhs for the quarter compared to Rs. 2,764.21 lakhs in the previous quarter. For the half year, revenue reached Rs. 5,367.63 lakhs versus Rs. 5,000.88 lakhs in the previous period. The company recorded a loss before tax of Rs. 72.65 lakhs for the quarter, contrasting with a profit of Rs. 88.12 lakhs in the prior quarter. However, the half-year results showed a profit before tax of Rs. 15.47 lakhs compared to Rs. 9.25 lakhs previously. Basic earnings per share for the quarter was -0.03 compared to 0.04 in the previous quarter. The company operates in manufacturing of forged and machined components with a paid-up equity share capital of Rs. 2,382.02 lakhs. The statutory auditors expressed an unmodified opinion on the financial statements.
