  • LPCL was incorporated as a private limited company on December 28 to manufacture 300 tpa of Thionyl Chloride.
1989
  • The company increased its Thionyl Chloride manufacturing capacity to 1500 tpa to meet the growing demand.
1993
  • LPCL undertook a further expansion programme to increase TC capacity to 2100 tpa with assistance from SIDBI.
1994
  • The assets and liabilities of a partnership firm of the promoters, Plasticizers and Chemicals, were taken over by LPCL with effect from April 1.
  • The equity capital of LPCL increased by Rs. 20.72 lakhs.
