- LPCL was incorporated as a private limited company on December 28 to manufacture 300 tpa of Thionyl Chloride.
1989
- The company increased its Thionyl Chloride manufacturing capacity to 1500 tpa to meet the growing demand.
1993
- LPCL undertook a further expansion programme to increase TC capacity to 2100 tpa with assistance from SIDBI.
1994
- The assets and liabilities of a partnership firm of the promoters, Plasticizers and Chemicals, were taken over by LPCL with effect from April 1.
- The equity capital of LPCL increased by Rs. 20.72 lakhs.
2024
- The Company purchased plot no 161 at Nandesari Industrial Estate, Nandesari, Dist Vadodara from Chloro Chem of India.
