Year	History
2019	The Company changed its name to Macrotech Developers Limited. The Company launched a joint venture with ESR Mumbai 3 Pte. Limited to develop an industrial park at Palava. The Company sold NCP commercial tower 1 for a total consideration of INR 10,550 million. The Company won the Golden Brick Outstanding Project of the Year award for Palava City at the Golden Brick Awards 2019. The Company won the Best Activation Campaign Store Launch award for Lodha Xperia Mall.
2020	The Company repaid the bond of USD 325 million and raised a fresh bond of USD 225 million due 2023. Development finance was fully repaid and consummated inventory finance for both the London properties. The Company launched Lodha Crown in Thane. The Company was recognized as the Top Developer of the Year at the Times Real Estate Icons, West India 2020. The World Towers, Mumbai project was recognized as the Project of the Year and Top Super Luxury Segment Homes at the Times Real Estate Icons, West India 2020.
2022	Macrotech Developers announced a partnership with Tata Power to provide end-to-end EV charging solutions. Macrotech Developers partnered with Bain Capital and Ivanhoe Cambridge.
2023	The Company issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 1:1.
2024	Macrotech Developers Limited acquired 100% stake in Janus Logistics and Industrial Parks Private Limited. Macrotech Developers Limited acquired Opexefi Services Private Limited and One Box Warehouse Private Limited.
