1957
- Late Mr. Girdharilalji Todi set out to realise a dream that was envisioned to make everyday comfort a reality for the people of India, thus beginning the journey of Lux Industries as Biswanath Hosiery Mills.
1964
- Lux Industries grew into the leading manufacturer of comfort innerwear in the Indian Market.
1992
- The first television ad, 'Ye Andar Ki Baat Hai', featuring Sunny Deol was launched.
1993
- Lux Industries spread its market presence beyond the borders of India and began exporting products to global markets.
1994
- Lux Industries Limited became the first company in the hosiery segment to hold a conference for its dealers.
1995
- Biswanath Hosiery was incorporated into Lux Industries Limited under the leadership of Mr. Ashok Todi and Mr. Pradeep Todi.
1998
- The first office in the capital of the nation, Delhi, was established.
2001
- The public listing of the company took place.
2003
- The Lux IPO was launched and was massively oversubscribed.
2009
- Lux Industries witnessed a positive growth of over 100% in just 20 years.
2010
- Shahrukh Khan became a part of the Lux family as the brand ambassador for ONN.
2012
- Lux Industries Limited launched its premium innerwear brand, ONN, with Shahrukh Khan as the brand ambassador.
2013
- Lux became the comfort partner of two of the most popular teams, Kings XI Punjab and Pune Warriors India, in the sixth season of the Indian Premier League.
2014
- Lux Cozi signed up to be the title sponsor of the 14th edition of Zee Cine Awards.
2017
- Lux Industries acquired the manufacturing and marketing rights of the premium innerwear category of Indian Cricket Team Captain Virat Kohli's brand One8.
- Lux Industries signed Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan as the Brand Ambassador for its brands Venus and Cott.
- Lux established an integrated manufacturing modern plant at a capex of Rs 105 crore.
- Lux Industries was scouting for opportunities in production and marketing licensing for global brands for inorganic growth.
2018
- Lux industries received India's Best Brand Of The Year Awards for Lux Cozi.
2019
- Lux industries introduced the first ever scented vest range from Lux Cozi.
- Lux Cozi launched the scented vest range in Mumbai.

- Lux Industries announced the Scheme of Amalgamation of J.M. Hosiery & Co Limited and Ebell Fashions Private Limited with Lux Industries Limited and their respective shareholders.
