2017	Lux Industries acquired the manufacturing and marketing rights of the premium innerwear category of Indian Cricket Team Captain Virat Kohli's brand One8. Lux Industries signed Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan as the Brand Ambassador for its brands Venus and Cott. Lux established an integrated manufacturing modern plant at a capex of Rs 105 crore. Lux Industries was scouting for opportunities in production and marketing licensing for global brands for inorganic growth.
2018	Lux industries received India's Best Brand Of The Year Awards for Lux Cozi.
2019	Lux industries introduced the first ever scented vest range from Lux Cozi. Lux Cozi launched the scented vest range in Mumbai.
2021	Lux Industries announced the Scheme of Amalgamation of J.M. Hosiery & Co Limited and Ebell Fashions Private Limited with Lux Industries Limited and their respective shareholders.
