Madhav Infra Projects Limited's Board approved standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported standalone revenue from operations of Rs 8,744.27 lakhs for Q1 FY2026 compared to Rs 5,807.11 lakhs in the same quarter previous year. Net profit after tax stood at Rs 694.00 lakhs for the quarter versus Rs 603.79 lakhs in Q1 FY2025. On consolidated basis, revenue was Rs 8,754.37 lakhs with net profit of Rs 748.31 lakhs for the quarter. The Board also approved the draft notice for the 32nd Annual General Meeting and the Annual Report. The company operates in infrastructure development, construction, operation and maintenance of infrastructure projects, along with power generation business in solar and hydro segments. Earnings per share (basic) was Rs 0.26 for the quarter. The auditors noted non-provision of Deferred Tax Liability as per accounting standards.
