Maris Spinners Limited's Board of Directors approved unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. The company reported a net loss of Rs 2.28 crores for the quarter compared to a loss of Rs 5.31 crores in the previous quarter. For the half-year period, the net loss was Rs 6.07 crores versus Rs 9.75 crores in the corresponding previous period. Total income for the quarter was Rs 34.06 crores compared to Rs 31.90 crores in the prior quarter. The company's total assets stood at Rs 127.46 crores as of September 30, 2025. The Board also approved related party transactions for the half-year period. The financial results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and received an unmodified opinion from statutory auditors Raghavan, Chaudhuri Narayanan.
