Maxgrow India Limited Evaluates Entry into Mining Sector with Tanzania Gold Assets

Maxgrow India Limited's Board of Directors reviewed future growth opportunities in new sectors during a meeting held on September 17, 2025. The company is evaluating entry into the mining sector through potential acquisition and restructuring opportunities, with preliminary and advanced level discussions ongoing regarding gold mining assets located in Tanzania. The board is assessing feasibility, valuations, and regulatory requirements for these assets. The company plans to incorporate a wholly-owned subsidiary to house the proposed mining business and appoint a SEBI-registered Merchant Banker for valuation and fairness opinion. Implementation remains subject to completion of necessary pre-conditions including transfer of mining assets to overseas holding company, receipt of valuation reports, and obtaining requisite regulatory approvals. The evaluations are preliminary and subject to customary diligence, valuation and applicable approvals.
