MPIL Corporation Reports Quarterly Profit of Rs 10 Lakh with Revenue from Operations at Rs 1 Lakh

MPIL Corporation Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. The company reported a profit after tax of Rs 10 lakh for the quarter, compared to Rs 12 lakh in the previous quarter. Revenue from operations stood at Rs 1 lakh for the quarter. Other income was Rs 38 lakh for the quarter. Total expenses amounted to Rs 27 lakh, including employee benefits expense of Rs 8 lakh and finance costs of Rs 8 lakh. For the half year period, the company recorded a profit of Rs 22 lakh with total comprehensive income of Rs 22 lakh. The company's total assets stood at Rs 2,006.63 lakh as of September 30, 2025. Basic and diluted earnings per share for the quarter were Rs 1.75. The Board of Directors approved these results in their meeting held on November 10, 2025.

MPIL Corporation Limited appointed Mr. Devanshu Desai as Additional Independent Director effective August 05, 2025, subject to shareholder approval. The 63-year-old legal expert with over three decades of experience will replace Mr. Kailasam Krishnamoorthy, whose term as Independent Director ends October 09, 2025. The Board restructured committee compositions to include Desai in the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Risk Management Committee. The company reported quarterly results showing profit of Rs 12 lacs compared to a loss of Rs 236 lacs in the previous quarter, with total income of Rs 38 lacs. The Board approved investment of up to Rs 10 crores in Grishma Constructions & Trading Private Limited for business expansion and scheduled the 66th Annual General Meeting for September 22, 2025.
