Munjal Auto Industries Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported standalone revenue from operations of Rs. 20,675.76 lakhs and consolidated revenue of Rs. 49,101.52 lakhs. Standalone profit after tax was Rs. 837.19 lakhs, while consolidated profit after tax reached Rs. 1,931.49 lakhs. The Board approved the resignation of CFO Brham Prakash Yadav and appointed Nitin Bachchavat as the new CFO, both changes effective October 15, 2025. Bachchavat is a Chartered Accountant with over 21 years of experience across various industries including agricultural inputs, chemicals, and telecom. The company operates in two segments: manufacturing of auto components and manufacturing of composite products & moulds.
