Nath Industries Reports 33.39% Revenue Growth in Six-Month Results

Nath Industries achieved total income of Rs. 247.99 crores for the six months ended September 30, 2025, compared to Rs. 185.92 crores in the corresponding previous period, marking 33.39% growth. The company's EBITDA increased to Rs. 18.61 crores from Rs. 11.93 crores in the same period last year, with the Board approving these unaudited financial results at their November 14, 2025 meeting.

Nath Industries Reports Rs 379.37 Crore Net Profit in Q1 Despite Chemical Plant Shutdown

Nath Industries Limited reported a net profit of Rs 379.37 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, compared to Rs 36.77 crore in the same quarter last year. Total income from operations reached Rs 118.25 crore, down from Rs 130.03 crore in the previous quarter. The company temporarily shut down Sulpuric acid plant no 2 for annual maintenance and modifications, which will increase the plant's manufacturing capacity by 20 TPD. Revenue from paper sales was Rs 746.31 crore while chemical sales contributed Rs 426.32 crore. Basic and diluted earnings per share stood at Rs 2.00. The company operates in two main segments - paper manufacturing and chemical production.
