Naturite Agro Products Reports Board Changes and Q2 FY2026 Financial Results

Naturite Agro Products Limited announced unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. The company reported a net profit of Rs 69.60 lakhs for the quarter, compared to a net loss of Rs 52.83 lakhs in the previous quarter. For the half-year period, the company achieved a net profit of Rs 71.39 lakhs versus a net loss of Rs 143.39 lakhs in the corresponding previous period. The board also approved significant leadership changes, appointing Mrs. Surakanti Anitha as Additional Director cum Executive Director. She holds a B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and has five years of IT sector experience. Simultaneously, Mrs. Gaddam Vandana Reddy resigned from her director position with immediate effect. Vandana Reddy, who held 8,28,700 shares, is the daughter of Chairman and Managing Director Vallabh Reddy Gaddam. The company operates in spice oils, oleoresins, natural food colors, and herbal products manufacturing.
