Naturite Agro Products Reports Board Changes and Q2 FY2026 Financial Results

For the half-year period, the company achieved a net profit of Rs 71.39 lakhs versus a net loss of Rs 143.39 lakhs in the corresponding previous period. The board also approved significant leadership changes, appointing Mrs. Surakanti Anitha as Additional Director cum Executive Director. She holds a B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and has five years of IT sector experience. Simultaneously, Mrs. Gaddam Vandana Reddy resigned from her director position with immediate effect. Vandana Reddy, who held 8,28,700 shares, is the daughter of Chairman and Managing Director Vallabh Reddy Gaddam. The company operates in spice oils, oleoresins, natural food colors, and herbal products manufacturing.
