Nettlinx Limited announced its quarterly results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. The company reported a standalone loss of Rs. 509.66 lakhs for the quarter compared to a profit of Rs. 212.66 lakhs in the previous corresponding quarter. For the half year, the standalone loss was Rs. 576.26 lakhs versus a profit of Rs. 169.06 lakhs in the previous year. The company completed the sale of its entire investment in subsidiary Sri Venkateswararao Green Power Projects Limited on August 6, 2025, resulting in a consolidated loss of Rs. 460.20 lakhs shown as an exceptional item. Following this transaction, Sri Venkateswararao Green Power Projects Limited ceased to be a subsidiary. The company's administrative expenses included bad debts provision of Rs. 131.78 lakhs during the quarter. Nettlinx Limited is primarily engaged in ISP provider services and the results were approved by the Board of Directors on November 8, 2025.
