The subsidiary was originally incorporated as Auro Fintech Private Limited in 2022.

Nidhi Granites Reports 73% Revenue Decline and Returns to Loss in Q1 FY2026

Nidhi Granites Limited reported total income of Rs. 10.16 lakhs for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, representing a 73.4% decline from the previous quarter's Rs. 38.22 lakhs. The company swung to a net loss after tax of Rs. 28.10 lakhs compared to a profit of Rs. 25.89 lakhs in the previous quarter. Basic and diluted earnings per share turned negative at Rs. 0.35. While the revenue decline was significant quarter-on-quarter, the company showed marginal improvement compared to the same quarter last year when it reported a loss of Rs. 8.32 lakhs in total income and Rs. 25.24 lakhs in net loss after tax. The company's equity share capital remained unchanged at Rs. 800 lakhs.
