Company History
1985
- The Company was incorporated as Creamer Plastic Pvt. Ltd. on 5th December.
1990
- The Company's name was changed to Nilkamal Plastic Ltd on 23rd August.
1991
- The Company entered the Capital Market to issue Equity Shares of Rs.180 Lacs, which received an excellent response and was over-subscribed by about 5.23 times.
- The Company made an allotment within 27 days to enable shareholders to get the benefit of Section 88-A of Income Tax Act 1961.
1992
