Year	History
2011	Mr. Puspendra Kumar Bansal was appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company. Mr. Sanjeev Kumar was appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.
2012	Omax Autos started commercial production in the new Plant situated at Uttarakhand. The company recommended a final dividend of Rs. 2.00/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each.
2013	The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.00/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each.
2014	Mr. Sanjeeb Kumar Subudhi was appointed as the Company Secretary of the Company.
2016	The Registered Office Address of the Company was changed to Plot No. B-26, Institutional Area, Sector 32 Gurgaon - 122 001, Haryana. Omax Autos Ltd. secured an order for supply of Railway parts from Indian Railways for an estimated value between Rs. 90-100 Crores.
