1997
- Omaxe changed its name to Omaxe Construction Private Limited.
1999
- Omaxe converted to a public company with the name of Omaxe Construction Limited.
- Omaxe was awarded the Achiever of the Millennium Award by All India Achievers Conference and Pride of the Country Award by the Society of Industry and Business Achievements.
2003
- Omaxe launched its first integrated township, NRI City, in Greater Noida.
2004
- Omaxe launched the first theme mall in India, The forest, luxury apartments.
2006
- Omaxe received an ISO 9001:2000 rating from Det Norske Veritas in relation to Real Estate Development & Construction of Housing Complexes, Shopping Malls, Utilities & Other Infrastructure Projects.
- Omaxe changed its name to Omaxe Limited.
- Omaxe received a 5A2 rating from D & B Rating for financial strength and the composite appraisal of the Company.
- Omaxe received a PR1 rating from Credit Analysis and Research Limited for strong capacity for timely payment of short-term debt obligations and carrying the lowest credit risk.
- Omaxe received a rating of A (ind) from Fitch Rating India Private Limited in relation to the Rs. 3,000 million long-term debt program of Omaxe Limited.
2008
- There was a change in the status of Directorship of Mr. Arvind Parakh, who tendered his resignation from the post of CEO-Corporate Strategy and Finance (Whole Time Director) due to personal reasons.
2009
- Omaxe launched a new project Omaxe Eternity in Vrindavan.
- Omaxe was awarded a Construction project for construction of Convention Centre, Library and Computer Centre at Deshbandhu Chhottu Ram University of Science and Technology at Mumbai in Sonipat Disstt.
- Omaxe purchased all the 10000 shares of Rs 10/- each of Oasis Township Pvt. Ltd, making it a wholly owned subsidiary.
2010
- Omaxe laid the foundation for Omaxe Waterfront, the first Hi-Tech Township in Allahabad.
- Omaxe was awarded the contract to construct the Package I - Medical College Complex at All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Rishikesh, Uttarakhand.
- Omaxe launched India Trade Tower.
- Omaxe launched NAFFHIL Homes.
- Omaxe received a Rs 70 cr project from GMADA.
2011
- Omaxe received a contract for Construction of Dwelling Units including Allied Services for Officers, JCOs/OR at Deolali (Army) and Nas.
- Omaxe bagged a Construction Contract.
2012
- Omaxe successfully allotted 99 EWS plots at Omaxe City, Palwal.
- Omaxe engaged customers for a green cause.
2013
- Omaxe tied up with Wizcraft to set up a special theme zone.
- Omaxe recommended a dividend of Rs. 0.70 per share (7%) on equity share of Rs. 10 each.
- Omaxe Ltd announced a bonus in the Ratio of 10:39.
2014
- Omaxe-M/s. PP Devcon Private Limited became a subsidiary of the Company.
- Omaxe launched Residential Apartments Omaxe Royal Residency in Faridabad.
2018
- Omaxe Ltd bagged the award for Developer of the Year Township Non Metro for its project Omaxe New Chandigarh.
- Omaxe received the ISCA Award For Best The Shopping Complex launch of the year 2018.
2019
- The Lake, Omaxe New Chandigarh was awarded the Residential Project of the Year at the 11th Realty+ Excellence Awards 2019.
- Omaxe Ltd was awarded the Emerging Developer of the Year at the Times of India DX Awards in New Delhi.
2020
- Omaxe was awarded TOP BUILDER (North) by CWAB Awards 2020.
