  • The company was incorporated as a Pvt. Ltd. Company on 18th June under the Companies Act, 1956 in the name of Raj Agro Mills Pvt. Ltd.

  • The company set up a project for the manufacturing of industrial hard oils with an installed capacity of 7500 TPA.
  • The company started earning profits from its first year of working.

  • The company converted into a Public Limited Company via special resolution dated 30th June.
  • A fresh certificate of incorporation was obtained from the office of Registrar of Companies NCT of Delhi & Haryana, New Delhi on 6th September.
